Ex-Warner Bros. exec joins Emmerson at indie
Alexis Price, who worked at Warner Bros. UK-owned Renegade Pictures, has joined Nick Emmerson’s new indie, Koska.
Price and Emmerson (pictured) worked together at Warner Bros. International Television Production UK where the latter was managing director.
Price was most recently creative director at Don’t Tell the Bride producer Renegade, and will have a similar role at Koska, which Emmerson set up with backing from ITV Studios.
Among Price’s credits are BBC One’s Weight For Love and Channel 4’s The Tribe.
She also worked at Tiger Aspect Productions, IWC Media and UK pubcaster the BBC.
Emmerson left Warner Bros. at the start of the year as the London arm of the US studio consolidated its various production companies under Ronald Goes.
He had joined Shed Media (now Warner Bros. Television Production UK)-owned Riccochet in 2001 and rose to managing director of the wider production business.
Emmerson’s co-chief at Warner Bros., Claire Hungate, has become CEO of digital video business Brave Bison after her exit.
