Guru, Baby Octopus pact for Pepi

Canada’s Guru Studio has partnered with a kids TV veteran to produce new projects.

Guru and Diana Mason’s Baby Octopus will work together on what they define as a “creative partnership”, and first fruits of which will be Pepi.

Currently in development, the preschool show is based on books from Laura Ljungkvist and is billed as a comedy/variety series featuring |inventive stories, comedy sketches, running gags, silly songs, bird dances, and stylised visual bridges”.

Guru is best known for producing shows such as Justin Time, Paw Patrol and Ever After High, while Mason’s credits include Mr. Men, Olivia and Max & Ruby.
