Germany’s Helping Hearts travels around Europe

German-originated format Helping Hearts has been picked up several European territories with distributor All3Media International securing options for the show in France, Poland, Norway and Sweden.

The show has proved popular on RTL in Germany and All3Media’s sales arm has optioned it to Coyote in France and unnamed producers in several other territories.

The show itself is produced by time 2 talk, the German indie that is in turn part of All3Media-owned MME Moviement.

Each episode shows the results of different communities’ efforts to help less fortunate families in their midst. It generates a 16% share for German free-to-air broadcaster RTL. The German version, Helfer mit Herz, is now in its third season.
