France- and Hollywood-based Technicolor has optioned rights to Cosmo, Bud & Boo, a 52x11mins 2D toon. The comedy, for 4-7s, comes from Fun Crew Ltd and was developed with former Nickelodeon UK exec Debbie MacDonald. It follows three bears, one of whom is a boy in a bear suit.
