Outright heads east

UK distributor Outright Distribution has closed a number of Eastern European deals ahead of MIPCOM. In association with All3Media International it has sold gameshow format Cash Cab to the Ukraine’s Citi, which has also picked up Moonbeam Films’ shopping format Counter Culture. Meanwhile, Slovakia’s Attack has optioned 4DTV’s panel show Best of the Worst.

Fremantle solves Murder

FremantleMedia is launching detective format Murder at MIPCOM. The 10x1hour series, where contestants must unravel clues to solve real police cases and viewers at home can play along, is produced by Real World producer Bunim-Murray Productions for US cable network Spike TV.
