The service claims to provide objective assessment of the audience potential of scripted projects throughout the development process, including brief treatments and outlines, completed scripts or produced pilots.
TAPE says the service will identify key strengths and weaknesses of a project as well as its marketing and promotional assets.
The App.Dex tool will draw from TAPE’s qualitative content research methodology and Eurodata’s statistical data. The move arrives after Eurodata owner Mediametrie bought a majority share in TAPE in 2016.
