Mackie has joined the distributor as director of sales and acquisitions after ten years with Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables vendor Breakthrough.
At D360, she will work across the company catalogue, which comprises kids, family and unscripted.
She debuts at the Asia TV Forum later this month, and will oversee all sales into Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Scandinavia.
Mackie had joined Breakthrough in 2007 and rose to director level.
“D360 is poised for growth across all channels and genres and it’s the perfect time to bring in the expertise and network that Jodi possesses,” said D360 senior VP of international Diane Rankin.
Mackie’s new company also completed a number of deals this week, including a pre-sale of Emporium Productions factual series WW2 Treasure Hunters to Australia’s Foxtel.
