US producer and indie boss Eli Holzman will chair the board of PactUS.
The US producers’ association, modelled on its UK equivalent, was formed last year and has now named its board members.
Holzman, who left All3Media America to form the Intellectual Property Corporation at the start of the year, will be joined by execs including his All3Media America successor Greg Lipstone, Endemol Shine North America COO Ben Samek, Propagate Content founder Howard Owens and Electus International distribution president John Pollak.
John McVay, who runs Pact in the UK, will also be on the board.
“This marks a significant milestone in the evolution of this association,” said PactUS president David Lyle.
“With this distinguished and extremely knowledgeable local group of inaugural directors and John, who has done a spectacular job in building Pact into such a major force in the UK content landscape, we will continue to grow and flourish.”
PactUS members include the Endemol Shine North America and All3Media America prodcos, as well as indies including Cineflix, Leopard USA and October Films.
