AMC, Nat Geo explore Baby Animals in the Wild

An elephant baby with its trunk turned towards its mouthAMC Networks International in Spain and National Geographic in Latin America and Asia have acquired wildlife programming from distributor DRG.

Baby Animals in the Wild has gone to AMC, Nat Geo, LIC in China and Next Step Television in Thailand.

Next Step and AMC have also acquired rights to Baby Animals in Our World.

Both Animals series are 10x60mins, with one looking at new-borns first 24 hours and early life, while Our World looking at a broad range of baby animals in zoos, homes, farms and stations.

DRG is part of Nice Entertainment Group, which in turn is part of European broadcaster Modern Times Group.
