Red Arrow Entertainment Group has promoted its UK chief, James Baker, to president of the wider business.
Baker (pictured) will keep his duties as managing director of Red Arrow UK and global scripted strategy, but increases his responsibilities at the ProSiebenSat.1 Media-owned production and distribution company.
He will now manage global production operations, strategic initiatives and expansion plans.
This follows Red Arrow CEO Jan Frouman joining the executive board at Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 Media, specifically overseeing a new content and broadcasting executive board.
“Given recent organisational changes and the rapid growth of our portfolio, we have to find ways to increase our management bandwidth and efficiency,” said Frouman, to whom Baker will continue to report. “Elevating James was an obvious choice.”
Red Arrow comprises 15 productions in six territories, sales arm Red Arrow International, and creative partnerships with Studio71, STV Productions, The Imaginarium Studios and Sync Media.
