Cosme LopezCosme Lopez is leaving his post at the top of Cisneros Media’s pay TV division after 15 years with the Venezuelan broadcast group.

Members of Cisneros Media Distribution’s team, which executive VP of content distribution Marcello Coltro leads, will assume Lopez’s duties.

He began his career at CMD predecessor Venevision International, before leaving to join HBO Latin America. He returned to Cisneros in 2000 as GM of cable channel Venevision Continental, and later established the firm’s pay TV channels and servces (Venevision Plus, VmasTV and VePlusTV) in Latin America and the Caribbean.
