Formats-logo-460_2Marry Me Now image 2Germany’s ProSiebenSat.1 has licensed Armoza Formats’ dating show Marry Me Now following its launch at NATPE in Miami last month.

Endemol Shine Italy has also tapped Armoza for local format rights to the 60-minute show, in which determined brides ambush their potential husbands and get married on the spot.

Armoza developed the format with Israeli comedian and first-time concept creator Odelia Yakir, partnering with Zipi Rozenblum on production.

“We are thrilled with the strong international response we have been receiving to Marry Me Now since we launched it a couple of weeks ago,” said Avi Armoza, Armoza’s CEO and founder.

“Its dramatic and empowering take on the most traditional moment of couples’ lives makes for powerful viewing, and we are looking forward to progressing the show together with our partners in these important territories.”
