Cineflix appoints Snyder

Cineflix has recruited Dave Snyder (pictured) as vice president of development.

He joins from Jigsaw Productions where his credits included The New Yorker Presents for Amazon Studios and Death Row Stories for CNN.

The new Cineflix staffer will work out of the company’s New York offices and report to development executive VP Dave Hamilton, who recently joined from Argonon-owned Leopard.

“Dave has a great track record of developing the premium content our network partners are asking for, as well as a wealth of experience creating and producing formats,” said Cineflix co-founder and co-CEO Glen Salzman.

Cineflix-produced entertainment shows include American Pickers, Property Brothers and Mayday: Air Disaster.

Cineflix has been consolidating its unscripted development assets in New York and Toronto, with most of its LA team now elsewhere.
