Endemol Shine North America has inked a development deal and co-representation with digital media group NYLON Content.

Adrian Sexton croppedESNA’s Endemol Beyond USA division is teaming with Just Entertainment Studios and NYLON for the exclusive pact, which includes a first-look deal for both Endemol Beyond USA and NYLON programming.

ESNA and Just, who partnered back in July on a separate development deal, has a first-look deal at developing NYLON shows for scripted, unscripted and digital projects.

Endemol Beyond USA and NYLON will cross-distribute and cross-promote content across their various operating platforms, which include YouTube, Facebook and Vessel.

They will also work together on a long-form series about NYLON, which focuses on digital, video, e-commerce, live events and print assets on pop culture, music, entertainment and fashion for millennial women.

Furthermore, NYLON will be a launch partner on Just’s upcoming e-commerce series She’s Gotta Have It, which is being co-developed with Endemol Beyond’s ICON Network.

Just CEO Justin Hochberg described Greenberg as a “digital maverick”, while Endemol Beyond USA’s interim president, Adrian Sexton (pictured), said: “Both our premium lifestyle network ICON and upcoming pop culture-focused network LOOKSY fit seamlessly with NYLON’s popular multi-media and magazine efforts and we look forward to discovering innovative new content and creators together.”
