Marvista hires Real Housewives producer

US-based producer-distributor Marvista Entertainment has hired a former senior producer from the Real Housewives

Larry Grimaldi has been named VP, development and production, and will report to executive VP, development and production Robyn Snyder.

Grimaldi is best known as a producer on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Real Housewives of Orange County. As an independent producer, he has also worked on Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, Disney XD’s unscripted series Next X and ABC Family’s Switched.

“As MarVista’s development and production slate has grown significantly in the last few years across all genres of programming, from our television movies… to our productions in the theatrical space… so has our need for a seasoned production executive,” said Snyder.

Grimaldi’s appointment comes after Marvista made a string of hires and promotions to its production, development and sales teams in February.
