News brief: Asian nets bag 9 Story fare

Broadcasters in Thailand and Singapore are among buyers of kids programming from Canada’s 9 Story Media Group.

Thai net TV3 has bought shows including Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood (pictured), Peg + Cat and Monkey See Monkey Doo, while Singapore-based MediaCorp has licensed several shows, including Peg + Cat and Get Ace.

Peg + Cat has also gone to Taiwan’s PTS Wild Kratts to MediaCorp and TVB in Hong Kong, and Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood to JEI TV in South Korea.
