Syfy hangs with Geeks Who Drink

US cable channel Syfy has commissioned a game show titled Geeks Who Drink.

Heroes Reborn star Zachary Levi will host the weekly series, which is based on a pub trivia concept of the same name.

Red Arrow Entertainment-owned Kinetic Content (The Taste) will coproduce the series with Condé Nast Entertainment. It debuts on Thursday, July 16.

“Geeks Who Drink is such a fresh take on the game show genre, and something that we at The Nerd Machine believe will resonate with everyone who loves trivia and pop culture,” said Levi.
