Funny Shorts moves into factual

Hunters MagazineDanish distributor FSC Media – aka The Funny Shorts Company – has moved into factual programming by acquiring 39 episodes of a series about hunting.

FSC will offer Hunters Magazine as three seasons, each 13x30mins, at MIPTV next month. This comes after FSC diversified into kids TV programming with the recent acquisition of Vip & Victor.

Hunters Magazine follows presented and skilled hunter Steen Andersen as he looks at hunting experiences around the world.

“What is amazing is how you can enjoy following ‘the thrill of the hunt’ regardless of your general interest in hunting as a sport,” said FSC’s founder and CEO, Mads Dirckinck-Holmfeld.

FSC launched in 2010 as a funny clips distributor following the closure of Dirckinck-Holmfeld’s previous employer, Media Entertainment Group.
