Lat Am nets power up with movie packages

Broadcasters in Latin America have bought movie packages and miniseries from UK-based distributor Power.

Latin American Independent Network in Mexico has bought 25 TV movies and miniseries for its Channel 28 net, with shows including A Bear Named Winnie and Love’s Unending Legacy.

Also in Mexico, MSV Cable has bought all five End of the World miniseries, while Brazil’s TV Globo bought 1x120mins rom-coms Lucky in Love and Puppy Love. Meanwhile, Colombian channel Señal Colombia

will air minis Pinocchio, Neverland, Earthsea and Dreamkeeper following a deal with Provideo.
