In Germany ProSiebenSat.1 has acquired Cordell Jigsaw Zapruder’s MegaTruckers and news channel N24 has bought four Arrow Media shows including 747: The Jumbo Revolution.

French digital terrestrial channel RMC Decouverte has picked up a ten-show package from TCB that includes Arrow Media’s Planes That Changed the World and WAGtv’s Combat Dealers.

“We are very pleased we made this volume deal with TCB,” said Guenaëlle Troly, deputy director general at RMC. “As a young DTT channel it is important to start this strong partnership between two companies specialised in factual entertainment in Europe.”

Sky Italia, meanwhile, has picked up Woodcut Media’s Kate Middleton: Heir We Go Again! (pictured), which examines the impact of the next royal baby on its parents, the royal family and the British nation.

TCB founder and managing director Paul Heaney said: “Buying and selling in Western Europe is an intensely competitive experience, but all the more enjoyable for that. If your shows are selected, it means they are engaging with a highly sophisticated audience.”
