Viacom International Media Networks Asia said the show would be broadcasting locally on Nick, which is operated by VIMN and Network 18 Group joint venture Viacom 18.
Nick India had begun airing the Xilam-distributed TF1 toon series in 2009, but the show switched to Cartoon Network in 2012, a move described to TBI at the time as the beginning of a new strategy for the Turner Broadcasting System-owned channel.
VIMN Asia has now acquired back rights to the show, which is among the most popular animated kids series in India.
The show is broadcast in more than 150 territories.
