Scripps UK goes on Food & Wine Adventures

Scripps Networks UK & EMEA has commissioned an original series for Travel Channel and recomissioned another.

Food & Wine Adventures, a 6x30mins series from Tuesday’s Child, follows presenter Jenny Powell and wine expert Olivier Magny on a road trip around Romania.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Phang’s Gourmet Trains, which comes from Transparent Television, has claimed a second season.

Original commissions from Scripps Networks UK & EMEA this year have included Andy Bates Brazilian Street Feasts, Reza Spice Prince of Thailand and Siba’s Fast Feasts.

The news came as Food Network yesterday celebrated five years in the UK.
