Lifetime movies spread across EMEA

A number of Lifetime telemovies have sold to broadcasters across EMEA.

Among the deals RTL in Belgium has acquired a package including Flowers in the Attic, Petals on the Wind, Sworn to Silence, and An Officer and a Murderer.

Vox in Germany bought Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, Flowers in the Attic, The Hunt for the I-5 Killer and Finding Mrs. Claus, while Italy’s Rai 2 took movies such as Baby Sellers and Clara’s Deadly Secret.

TV2 in Norway, Nitro and Neox in Spain, Euforia Lifestyle TV in Romania and Turkey’s Digiturk also acquired telemovies from A+E Networks.

A+E recently hired former RHI and Red Arrow UK exec Joel Denton to oversee a new push into distribution.
