‘Best of web’ pay VOD channel launches

An online platform claiming to be the first international 24/7 pay TV service focusing on short-form programming from the internet has launched.

The QYou will be available on all platforms that support on-demand and TV Everywhere solutions. Its roll out began on October 1 on Beijing-based paycaster Star Times.

industry veterans Scott Ehrlich (Fox News, NBCUniversal Cable), Curt Marvis (MTV, Lionsgate Entertainment), Les Garland (MTV, VH-1, The Box) and G. Scott Patterson (Lionsgate, Engagement Labs) created the channel.
