Entertainment One will have get buyers to take part in a virtual reality basketball experience at MIPCOM to promote Ball Up: Search for the Next, a new basketball reality series it is launching at the market.
The Ball Up Virtual Reality Experience is produced by UK-based digital agency Secret Location, and will allow people wearing an Oculus Rift VR headset to be immersed in a virtual reality street basketball game.
The VR promo experience will move from MIPCOM to Sportel, the sports conference that takes place in Monaco between October 7-10.
The reality show is produced by North American indie One Media. The series is on Fox in the US and eOne has international rights to the reality competition series, which seek out new basketball stars.
