News brief: African CBeebies among Q Pootle buyers

CBeebies in Africa and NRK in Norway are among buyers of Snapper Productions-produced toon Q Pootle 5.

Ketnet in Belgium and NPO in the Netherlands have also acquired the show, which was first commissioned by CBeebies in the UK and which ZDF Enterprises sells internationally.

The deals mean the show has sold into more than 70 territories. VGTRK in Russia, YLE2 in Finland and ABC in Australia are among previous buyers.
