20th Century Fox locks Sons of Anarchy writer into deal

20th Century Fox Television has agreed a new three-year deal with Sons of Anarchy scribe Kurt Sutter.

The overall deal means Sutter will work on new projects for the studio as his hit biker series enters its final season on cable net FX.

FX gets first-look at Sutter’s new work under the terms of the deal

Under the terms of the agreement, Sutter will develop new projects, with FX receiving first look at all new development.

He is already working on a new show for FX, The Bastard Executioner, about a Medieval knight. He is also making a feature, South Paw, set in the world of boxing and starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
