Sony’s Embassy Row making de Cadanet talkshow for Lifetime

Sony-owned US prodco Embassy Row is producing Undone with @AmandadeCadenet, a new live talkshow for Lifetime.

The new half-hour show will debut on the A+E-owned female-skewing cable net on July 24 in a 10.30pm slot. It will look at pop culture topics, with celebrity guests discussing the events of the week. A former UK socialite and TV presenter, de Cadanet hasalready made a talkshow for Lifetime, The Conversation.

Lifetime said that “leveraging her die-hard social media following, de Cadenet will engage with viewers across all platforms, seamlessly taking the conversations happening online live on-air”.

The eight-episode series will be filmed in Hollywood.

“I am extremely excited to rejoin forces with Lifetime to make Undone with @AmandadeCadenet, a new and innovative live primetime talk show,” the titular presenter said.  “Lifetime proves once again that it really does listen to its audience and has paid attention to the demand that there be another female voice in the talk space.”
