Kurt Seyit finds CEE lovers

Turkish romantic drama Kurt Seyit & Sura has found a trio of buyers in central and eastern Europe.

Kanal D in Romania, Inter TV in Ukraine and RTL Klub in Hungary are the latest to buy the programme, which is a love story based on a best-selling local novel.

Distributor Eccho Rights has already shopped Kurt to Intra Communications in Georgia, Farsi1 in Iran, Tolo TV in Afghanistan, MBC in the Middle East and Urdu1 in Pakistan.

Turkey’s Star TV premiered the series locally in March, with Eccho subsequently launching it internationally in Cannes at MIPTV. The latest deals came following NATPE Europe in Prague.
