Lifetime preps global launch for Minnie Driver TV movie

Female-skewing cable network Lifetime will launch TV movie Return to Zero simultaneously across its international footprint later this year.

The film stars Minnie Driver (Good Will Hunting) and Paul Adelstein (Private Practice) and tells the story of a couple coming to terms with the loss of their unborm child. As they deal with the stress that puts on their relationship Maggie falls pregnant again and the couple attempt to reunite.

In the US the show will go out in an 8pm slot on Saturday, May 17.

Lifetime will also launch it on its global nets on the same day in Canada, the U.K., Spain, France, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Lifetime is part of the A+E Networks group and its programme sales division is selling the show internationally.

It was made by US prodco Cannonball Productions and written, directed and produced by Sean Hanish.
