ITV cuts Asian digital deals

In Singapore, ITV Studios Global Entertainment has cut an output deal with Mediacorp to deliver 200 hours of entertainment programming annually to Mediacorp’s VOD service, Toggle. Titles will include Hell’s Kitchen USA (pictured), Cook Me The Money and May the Best House Win.

In China, VOD service Sohu has picked up 100 hours of ITV-distributed factual programming. Titles include I Shouldn’t Be Alive and Built From Disaster.

In Korea, ITV has agreed a deal with IPTV platform KT Mediahub for more than 150 hours of drama, entertainment and factual content. Titles include Agatha Christie’s Marple, Case Histories and Murdoch Mysteries.

Also in Korea, digital cable VOD service Home Choice has acquired 80 hours of classic films from ITVS GE’s film library, including All Quiet on the Western Front and Brief Encounter.
