Adam Sher exiting Ryan Seacrest Productions

Ryan Seacrest Productions’ CEO Adam Sher is leaving the US production company.

According to US industry trade titles, Sher is exiting the firm after five years, though he will retain an equity stake in RSP, which is behind E! Entertainment’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Sher joined RSP in 2008 after representing presenter and company founder Ryan Seacrest while at talent agency WME.

Meanwhile, CFO Jeff Refold will add COO responsibilities to his role.

Sher’s exit comes after those of executive VP of production and development Fernando Hernandez and senior VP, development and current unscripted programming Heather Schuster.

However, the company has brought in unscripted execs Nina Wass and Jason Sarlanis, and BBC Worldwide Production’s Izzie Pick Ashcroft as executive VP, unscripted programming.
