News brief: Starz steals into bank robber drama Most Wanted

US premium cable net Starz is developing Most Wanted, a four-part drama set in the US in the 1970s and telling the story of Nate Daniels, a prolific bank robber.

The project comes from Chris Collins (Sons of Anarchy), Ken Fink (CSI: Las Vegas) and Await Your Reply author Dan Chaon. Collins will be the showrunner if the project is greenlit.

“This period in American history was an incredibly rich and complex time, and we saw ‘Most Wanted’ as an opportunity to bring these stories to life,” said Starz managing director, Carmi Zlotnik.
