News brief: Fox orders Israeli road trip format

US broadcaster Fox has bought an adaptation of Israeli comedy road trip format Magic Malabi Express.

The original version for Channel 10 follows three Israelis who open a stall in Brazil and sell Israeli desert malabi and was based on a book by Miki Geva.

Fox has commissioned a pilot for US audiences, scoring the deal with Dori Media Group, which earlier this week sold Little Mom to CBS. Furthermore, Dori is in talks to take Dor Media Darset crime drama New York into the US too.
