News brief: TVE purchases Java docs

Spanish public broadcaster TVE is among buyers of current affairs and documentary programming from France’s Java Films.

TVE has bought a new doc from current affairs strand Underhand Tactics, a 52-mins show titled The Untaxables from Premieres Lignes about how major companies avoid paying corporation tax, plus Tabloids! Anything For a Scoop and Tracked Down: Investigating the Digital Arms Dealers.

Sweden’s SVT has acquired Read to Fly, while news net Russia Today went for Nuclear Tests: A Neverending Legacy and Women with Guns, the latter of which has now sold to a total of 11 channels.
