The Viacom channel will get new CBS series The Millers (pictured) and We are Men, both part of the CBS broadcast network’s fall slate in the US, as well as more episodes of King of Queens and Rules of Engagement.
“The Millers was the stand-out comedy at this year’s LA Screenings. It’s a great fit with our current crop of US and UK sitcoms,” said Brad Wood, head of acquisitions Comedy Central UK.
The Millers stars Will Arnett as a newly divorced man who looks forward to the single life until his parent’s marital problems derail his plans. It is produced by Amigos de Garcia Productions and CBS TV Studios.
Comedy Central will launch the show on October in a 9.30pm slot.
We Are Men, also produced by CBS TV Studios, is a single-camera comedy about four single guys living in a short-term apartment complex.
CBS launched both internationally earlier this year at the May Screenings.
