Cartoon Network Lat Am, Canal+ buy shortform toon

Larva_02Cartoon Network Latin America and French pay TV platform Canal+ have acquired Larva, a shortform kids comedy from South Korea.

Turner Broadcasting System-owned pan-regional channel Cartoon Network has taken seasons one and two, while Canal+ has acquired season two. Scandinavia’s Toon TV has also taken season two and Israel’s Noga has acquired all 156 episodes.

Spain’s Imira Entertainment made the sales, as it holds rights to the show in Europe and Latin America. Larva comes from South Korea’s Tuba Entertainment.
