Hat Trick poaches Wipeout exec from Endemol

290808_0606_wipeoutHat Trick has recruited Andy Rowe from Endemol and he will join the UK indie producer next month.

Rowe’s recent credits include exec producing six episodes of Total Wipeout for BBC1 in the UK. While at Endemol he also launched Golden Balls and 101 Ways to Leave a Gameshow.

As a series producer Rowe has also worked for the BBC, Watchmaker, Tiger Aspect, RDF and Outline Productions working on shows including The Weakest Link and The House of Tiny Tearaways.

His appointment as exec producer at Hat Trick comes soon after 12 Yard founder David Young rejoined the company to develop and coproduce new entertainment formats with Hat Trick MD Jimmy Mulville.

Rowe said: “I am more than a little excited about joining David and Jimmy at Hat Trick, a wonderful company with a fantastic pedigree. This also presents a thrilling opportunity for us to develop bold and original new shows.”
