Romania prepares to Catch the Answer

Catch The AnswerPrimaTV in Romania is among the new buyers of Global Agency’s studio quiz show Catch The Answer.

PrimaTV will produce its version in house, while a local version is also being developed in Serbia to air later in the year. Elsewhere, Studio Vision is preparing a remake for the MENA region

The quiz, which tests four contestants rapid recall and mental agility skills, has already run for 120 episodes in a daily afternoon slot on Turkey’s TRT1, with a second season launching next month. It comes from Erdi Film, the production company behind Global Agency’s makeover format Shopping Monsters.

Izzet Pinto, CEO of Global Agency, said: “We launched Catch The Answer at MIPTV, and immediately saw a lot of interest in the format. It’s a deceptively simple gameshow, and I’m sure it’s going to travel to a lot of countries.”
