Storage Hoarders sells to Euro broadcasters
Twofour Rights, the sales arm of UK-based indie producer Twofour, has sold a raft of programming to European broadcasters including two new deals for its Storage Hoarders format.
Spanish free-to-air broadcaster Atresmedia (fka Antena 3) has picked up the show, which looks at stories around objects and possessions that have been hidden in storage. Dutch free-to-air broadcaster RTL has also acquired the show.
In the UK it aired on commercial channel ITV1 where it garnered a peak audience share of 16%.
Twofour has also shopped two series to VMMA. The Belgian broadcaster has taken The Resort (aka Magaluf Weekender), the observational documentary series following teenagers on their first parent-free holiday, in the Spanish holiday resort of Magaluf.
ITV2 in the UK has just commissioned a second season of the show.
VMMA has also acquired business show The Fixer, in which entrepreneur Alex Polizzi attempts to put struggling businesses back on track.
