Spanish kids’ distributor Imira Entertainment has scored a batch of sales with the likes of Italy’s DeAKids, SIC in Portugal and Danish pubcaster DR.
Following MIPTV, Imira has sold pay-TV rights the 52x12mins Lola & Virginia to DeAKids, while SIC has secured a pair of 90-minute movies from Jonathan M. Shiff and ZDF Enterprises’ H2O Just Add Water! franchise. DR has bought 1x74mins CGI comedy The Wish Fish and 52x13mins Sandra the Fairytale Detective (pictured below).
Elsewhere, TV3 in Spain has bought Millimages’ 52x11mins toon Me & My Robot. Belgium’s VMMA and Radio Television Hong Kong also bought Sandra, while Italian Telecoms went for La Tropa de Trapo’s 52x7mins The Happets.
