Bravo adds execs, orders Housewives spin-off series

NBCUniversal-owned US cable channel Bravo has hired a pair of executives to run its current programming slate and ordered a docu-series featuring stars from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Soon after announcing 17 new series as part of its recent programming slate, the female-skewed channel has hired Evolution Media exec Kathleen French and showrunner Todd Radnitz as joint VPs of current production. They both report into Bravo Media’s senior VP, current programming/original programming, Shari Levine.

Former Comedy Central and Fox exec French will oversee series such as Chef Roble & Co and new ones like Ladies of London (working title), while Radnitz will take command on City SistersTaking Atlanta (w/t) and Property Envy.

Bravo has also added another series to its slate. I Dream of NeNe: the Wedding (w/t) comes from True Entertainment and NeNe Leakes Productions. It will follow the second marriage of The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Nene and Gregg Leakes.

Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, Lauren Eskelin, Carlos King, Megan Sanchez-Warner and NeNe Leakes executive produce.
