Spike vows to Never Ever Do This at Home
US cable channel Spike TV has bought DRG-distributed science-theme entertainment series Never Ever Do This at Home.
The network will launch the 13x30mins show on May 28.The series comes from Toronto-based Insight Production Company in association within Discovery Channel in Canada and Bell Media, is originally based on an NRK format.
It sees a pair of hosts wreaking havoc on a charming warehouse by conducting madcap experiments and tests despite no formal science training.
“The combination of science, information and humour will resonate with our ever-broadening audience,” said Spike’s executive VP, programming and scheduling, Tom Zappala.
