Germany’s Sat.1 pounces on Stalkers format

German free-to-air channel Sat.1 has picked up a local version of true-crime series Stalkers.

The format is distributed by Strix, part of MTG Studios.

The German version of Stalkers will be produced by Imago TV and air later this year.

The format has so far aired in Denmark and Sweden.

Produced by Strix Denmark, Stalkers is a crime and factual entertainment series, which tells the story of stalked victims. In each episode a team of professionals help a victim by collecting evidence and confront the stalker in order to put an end to their persecution.
