BBC Worldwide sells 200 hours to LifeStyle Network

BBC Worldwide has sold a package of 200+ hours of lifestyle programming into Australia. Foxtel-backed pay TV network LifeStyle has acquired the shows.

Titles covered by the deal include property series Phil Spencer Secret Agent and DIY SOS and cooking series Hairy Bikers: Best of British and Hairy Bikers: Everyday Gourmet, which will be shown on LifeStyle Food.

Other series picked up include Flog It and Bargain Hunt.

LifeStyle is run by XYZ networks, a joint venture between Australian pay TV operators Foxtel and Austar. It runs a four channel bouquet: The LifeStyle Channel, LifeStyle Food, LifeStyle Home and LifeStyle You.
