World Wide Entertainment brings Ocean Models to Cannes

International formats firm World Wide Entertainment is heading to MIPCOM with dozens of Miami models after striking its first acquisition following its deal with Turkish distributor Global Agency.

The company is launching 13-part reality series Ocean Models after striking a deal with the eponymous agency.

The agency was founded by reality TV stars Kaya Wittenburg (Temptation Island) and Josh Souza (Big Brother).

Wittenburg and Souza are currently in talks with US broadcasters.

Izzet Pinto, MD, World Wide Entertainment, said: “This is the perfect show for our new brand. We’re working hard to establish ourselves as a destination for premium content, and Ocean Models is a natural fit for our new catalogue”.

Kaya Wittenburg, president of Ocean Models, added: “Being America’s first ever modelling-related series with a full cast of international models gives Ocean Models a truly global appeal. We are excited to integrate our brand with the intelligent, sophisticated, and charismatic leadership of World Wide Entertainment.”
