Hoho Rights poaches Danielle Davies from Viacom

Kids distributor Hoho Rights has hired Danielle Davies as head of sales and acquisitions. She joins from Viacom where she is acting sales director.

She will oversee all of Hoho’s sales activities and the acquisition of third-party shows.

Prior to Viacom, Davies was senior VP, sales, DCD Rights and has also worked at 3DD, Action Time and RDF.

Joint managing director Oliver Ellis said: “Danielle is the perfect person to help us deliver international growth for Hoho’s in-house and third party properties and we are thrilled to have her on board ”

Hoho Rights’ current slate includes CBeebies’ series Cloudbabies and Abadas.
