Electric Sky closes programming deals

International distributor Electric Sky has closed a number of programming deals ahead of MIPCOM for documentaries including More Sex Please, We’re British and Mushers!

Sex toy documentary More Sex Please, We’re British, which was produced by Oblong Films for Channel 4, has been acquired by Denmark’s TV2, Finland’s MTV Oy, Australia’s SBS, Belgium’s VMMa, Sweden’s SBS and Discovery Europe.

Mushers!, meanwhile, which was produced by Cow Productions, has been sold to Canal Odisea in Spain, Turkey’s Digiturk and Hungary’s MTVA. The one hour doc tells the story of a dog sled competition in the French and Swiss Alps.

Electric Sky has also closed deals for football doc The Premier League: The Night Football Changed For Ever, sold to BBC Worldwide’s Global Channels in Africa, Poland and Scandinavia, and Secret Life of the Rainforest, sold to France Televisions and MTVA Hungary.
