Sebastien Liefferinckx becomes programming boss at Gulli

Lagardère Group has named Sebastien Liefferinckx as director of programmes at French digital kids channel Gulli.

Liefferinckx, who will also have responsibility for Lagardère’s range of youth and family-oriented channels, comprising Gulli, Canal J, TiJi and La Chaîne du père Noël, will report to Lagardère Active channels chief Laurent Micouleau.

He replaces Ariane Suveg, who has decided to leave to take a new career direction.

Liefferinckx has served in a number of kids and youth programming roles for international channels, most recently as director of programmes and acquisitions at Disney Television France, before taking a consulting role with Lagardère on Gulli earlier this year.
