Following its diversification into TV drama and series, Marathon Group’s kids outfit Télé Images Kids has been renamed Télé Images Productions.
The company, which is run by Philippe Alessandri, is currently developing a 30x40mins daytime TV series for France Télévisions called Deux Vies.
Formerly producer at Marathon Group, Arnaud Figaret has been named producer and Vice-President of Télé Images Productions.
Animation producer Giorgio Welter, has been upped to VP for animation. He will supervise new series Foot2Rue 3 (Street Football) and High 5 Tony Parker, as well as feauture film Emilie Jolie.
In 2009, Télé Images Kids revenues reached €10million, with about 50% coming from dramas and TV series like teenage Chante!, and the other half from animation.
